Discover How An Officer Used His Badge To Steal Nude Photos From Women, Leading To The Accusation Of Killing A 16-Year-Old.

Prosecutors: Officer accused of killing 16-year-old used badge to steal nude photos from women

According to prosecutors, former police officer Jason Van Dyke, who is currently facing charges of murder in the shooting death of Laquan McDonald, used his police badge to illegally obtain and steal nude photos from women on multiple occasions. The allegations came to light during pre-trial proceedings in Van Dyke’s murder case.

The prosecutors presented evidence that Van Dyke used his official police access to a Chicago-based law enforcement database to obtain the personal information of three women, then used that information to fraudulently have Google suspend their email accounts and obtain nude photos of them. One woman whose account was targeted said she only learned of the intrusion after being contacted by an investigative reporter for a local television station.

In a statement to the media, Van Dyke’s defense attorneys denied the allegations and accused prosecutors of attempting to smear their client’s reputation in order to prejudice potential jurors. The attorneys claim that the evidence is part of an ongoing pattern of misconduct by the prosecution, which has repeatedly attempted to introduce prejudicial evidence in the case.

The allegations against Van Dyke have added to the controversy surrounding his role in the McDonald shooting, which has been the subject of widespread protests and scrutiny. In October of 2014, Van Dyke responded to a call of a young black man brandishing a knife on the streets of Chicago. Despite the fact that several other officers at the scene had managed to subdue McDonald using non-lethal force, Van Dyke fired his weapon 16 times, killing the 16-year-old.

The shooting was captured on video by a police dashboard camera, and the footage was eventually released to the public after pressure from activists and journalists. The video has been widely criticized as evidence of police brutality and institutional racism, and has been cited as a key example of the need for reform in law enforcement practices across the country.

In the wake of the McDonald shooting, multiple investigations have been launched into allegations of police misconduct and cover-ups in the Chicago Police Department. In December of 2015, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that it would conduct a civil rights investigation into the department, and in January of 2017, then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch released a scathing report detailing systemic violations of constitutional rights by the Chicago PD.

  3. So much for those pre-employment psychological evaluations

Departments intentionally recruit, hire, and “train” the worst amongst us…and yet we can’t seem figure out why every single state in the union is infested with police officers who are criminals and psychopaths

  4. His mugshot looks like he should have been playing one of the Power Rangers, instead of a real life cop.

Anyway, even those wearing that badge and uniform, are no different than the common bad guy out there. Sad thing is, many have done all sorts of evil things like this, and worse, retired, and lived out their days, as other fellow officers knew all about their dirty deeds.

  5. How did he pass the mental health test to become a officer? Dam*n shame. Now she’s dead and gone because someone didn’t do their job to the fullest.

  6. He had been committed crimes against women since high but he was still deemed fit to be a cop. I always tell people the reason people like this cop keep getting away with it is because the little to no repercussions benefits mostly men. They don’t see it as a big deal and believe boys will be boys.

  7. How nasty can this man be 🤮 why would anybody hire this men that does women like that criminal with a badge 👨🏼‍⚖️

  8. The ususal suspect. Police work is generally a job of last resort for losers. Most police are psychopaths, low IQ, little education and no job skills. Police unions fight to keep corrupt and incompetent cops on the force. Don't worry they will investigate themselves and find they did nothing wrong or they need more training. Police work is the 18th most dangerous job in the US.

  9. This murdering scum thinks he deserves to be out free. The only place this piece of 💩 belongs is in prison!
