ProVia purchases Youngstown company, moving production to New Philadelphia


ProVia has announced plans to start manufacturing in the former Times-Reporter building in New Philadelphia.

NEW PHILADELPHIA ― ProVia has purchased a Youngstown manufacturing company and will be moving its production lines to the former Times-Reporter building in New Philadelphia in the coming months.

The Youngstown company, Premier Profile Lamination, Inc., is a laminator of PVC components for the door and window industry.

According to Sugarcreek-based ProVia, the two companies have worked together for many years in support of the ProVia patio door and window product lines. The acquisition allows for further development of streamlined processes and product development.
